This application covers Trainers, Gym Leaders, and Coordinators.
You must have your app aproved by an admin or 2 mods.

Name: If you don't know what this is, leave now.
Nickname(s)/Alias(es): Other names your character may go by. If you're a specific type of trainer, put your title here.
Age: Age of your character.
Gender: Male/Female. Please don't venture past that.
Height: How tall is your character?
Weight: How heavy is your character?
Date of Birth: When was your character born?

Appearance: What does your character look like? A minimum of one paragraph if you lack a picture, but pictures are VERY welcome.
History: This isn't mandatory, but even a brief description of your character's past would be nice.
RP Sample: A minimum of 1 paragraph RP sample. The better the sample, the better your standings will be.
Personality: A minimum of a paragraph describing your character's personality and tendencies.

Equipment and Items[/b]
Pokedollars: How much money you have. Depending on your position, you can have up to 50,000 Pokedollars to start with.
Status/Healing Items: You won't start out with anything but potions here. Pokemarts sell more stuff for you to use.
Pokeballs: You can't start out with too much here, but a few normal Pokeballs are fine.
TMs/HMs: You won't start with any of these. Keep track of what you earn here.
Stat Modifiers: Things like X Speed and Protein go here. You won't start with any of these.
Other Items: Be it a water stone or a nugget, your normal items go here.
Key Items: Items your character cannot/will not sell go here. This is personal items and stuff like that.

Trainer Title: This is if you are known as something, like Psychic or Swimmer (Optional)
ID Number: Your 5-digit ID code that identifies you as a trainer.

Moves Known: The moves known by your Pokemon. They can know up to four, but it must match TM moves, breed moves, and levels for the moves. Just put the names here.

Gym Leader Application

NOTE: The only open gyms so far are on the Twin Isles. Other gyms may be made available at a later date. Gym 8 is reserved

Leader ID: The same as a Trainer ID, a five digit ID code.

Fighting Style: How your leader and their pokemon fight. Are they a team of powerplayers, or a group that whittles down their opponent slowly while they undermine their opponents' defenses?

Gym Layout: Describe the layout of your gym, so that people will be able to find their way around. Pictures also work.
Roaming Leader: A Yes/No question. If your leader travels, and arranges his battles via Pokegear, they are a Roaming Leader
Gym Badge Given: This badge must fit the type of gym your character hosts.
Gym Location: The name of the town the Gym is in. Names are pending, so this can be edited once town names are decided.
