Availability will go by ranks:
Rank C:
Typically common, they can be chosen by most anyone. Fairly basic, as legends go. Takes three mod approvals, an admin and mod approval, or two admin approvals.
Rank UC:
A good background or RP Sample is imperative for these ones. Takes four mod approvals, an admin and two mod approvals, or two admin approvals.
Rank R:
These require the consent of the RP staff. A good RP Sample is required. Takes five mod approvals, an admin approval and three mod approvals, or two admin and one mod approvals.
Rank LG:
These can only be awarded by admins. They are far too powerful for just anyone. As said above, awarded by admins only (Awarded, not approved).
Rank Arceus:
...yeah. Explained under his section.
Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres
UC
The birds can be male or female. They do breed, and pretty much arent limited to being only one in the RP, so they will always be available in that way.
Mew and Mewtwo
LG
The position of these two can only be awarded with the collective agreement of the admins. They have no gender, but you can refer to them both as male and Mew as female. Remember, there are only one of each, and you have to really prove yourself to earn one.
Entei, Raikou, and Suicune
UC
Same as the birds.
Ho-oh and Lugia[/u]
R
Awards by agreement by staff. There is only one Ho-oh, and there are multiple Lugia.
Celebi
LG
There are multiple Celebi, but you REALLY have to prove yourself to earn one. They can be male or female. The female are pink with blue antennae tips (shiny).
Latios and Latias
UC
Multiples. Latios can only be Male and Latias can only be Female. All Latios and Latias are family, so they would normally feel close to each other. Key word: Normally.
Regirock, Regice, and Registeel
R
They have no gender, and were once trapped in human form. Only 1 of each.
]Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza
LG
These pokemon fully control the weather. You'd really need to deserve one to earn one. Only 1 of each.
Jirachi and Deoxys
R
Jirachi: Pending. Deoxys: There are two, but only one will be available for member use. The other will be for the story.
Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit
R
Awards by staff consent. There are only one of each. They are genderless, but we will give them genders to make things easier. Uxie = girl, Azelf = boy, Mesprit = girl.
Dialga, Palkia, and Giritina
LG
Awards by the admins only. These bad boys are borderline to gods. They have far too much power for anyone but the most worthy. Only one of each. These pokemon truly are genderless.
Regigigas
LG
Pending.
Heatran(R), Cresselia (LG), and Darkrai (LG)
All Pending. Heatran is Male or Female. Cresselia is Female.
Manaphy and Phione
?
Leave these two alone for now. Manaphy may have purpose in a possible RP Main, and Phione, not that much about its personality is known.
Shaymin

... Don't even ask. Banned as Arceus is a god, therefore is the essence of godmod. Only me, Zeke, and anyone we alone deem worthy will ever use Arceus if completely necessary in the story.
